You have written a truly sublime story here. The depth of emotion you're able to convey with the simplest sentences is astounding.
This story has touched me in a way that very few others have and I'm grateful you've shared it.
Congratulations and thank you.
Kiya.

"Under our apple tree" What a beautiful line and sentiment. I cried and was so moved. What a beautiful chapter, seeing Bella finally embrace her new life and move forward. Loved her interaction with Grace, it was so moving. The part between Bree and Jacob was so cute and seeing them kissing on the swing was darling. I am sad to see this story end, it is beautiful.

Wow, so many things to say and I'm sure to butcher it. I remember months ago when you gave us a teaser from the future and it was in this chapter. It is so far off from what I thought, and for that I am glad...because you made it perfect. Of course, you make everything end up being perfect in the end.
Jacob and Bree kissing...perfection. The proposal...perfection. Shullen...yeah we all know he's just so friggin perfect that we all feel the need to jump his bones to feel like a better person.
I'm so stupidly sad about Charlie's tree being cut down, I'm sentimental about plants and crap like that. But, you replaced her and made that perfect as well. Yeah I guess I'm leaving out a lot but...just know this was perfect!

Speechless and with a lump in my throat. God, this is one of the best stories I have ever read, not just in fanfiction. Truly special...

I have just read through this amazing story, to wake up to the last chapter. Others have said it better, but I do want to thank you for sharing this and I am so grateful that I found it.
I love these people and they (you) have shown me so much. Many thanks.

Dani,
First of all, congratulations on the baby! I'm new to your story and learned of your good news through reading the posts. I'm sure you'll be a fabulous mommy, basing my opinion on the way you've captured a mother's love in this story. Lucky baby!
I'm sorry I waited until this story was complete b/f I responded. This is my M.O.--dumb really--not sure why I hold off. I echo all the lovely comments that your fans have left. Your writing is sublime; driving me to tears and fits of laughter in one reading. Thank you for sharing your incredible talent! I'm heading over to The Workshop now b/c I can't get enough of your story-telling. It was EdwardsBloodType who recc'd this story, and I am SO happy I checked it out. This story stayed with me, haunted me really. I think for an author that is a great compliment. (I mean for it to be, anyway.)
Best of luck with RL, and with future writing projects. You have a true fan in me, and I'll read whatever you write.
Be well.

Chapter 63 review:
Wow! Perfect ending!
What more can I say besides what the other reviewers already have?
Your story sounds like poetry, there’s truth and love and life in your characters, which support and help each other come from shadow to light.
I loved, above all, the symbol of the apple tree. It represented at first Bella’s childhood and innocence, her love for her father and thus, in a way, her capacity to love. These are parts of her that Edward has always associated with the apple tree. That’s why he took her to that apple orchard for the first time in Virginia, that’s why he wants to marry her under their apple tree at home.
They have created a home for themselves, which is like a Garden of Eden, but a true paradise, where the apple tree does not stand for temptation, but for love and life.
Thank you for a great story about true love and the wonderful ways in which it can change people. You’ve touched my heart more than you know.
Much love! EnamoredHeart

Dani: Here I am crying once again. I am going to miss this story so very much. It has been my self-preservation. I think that this Edward out of all the fics I have read is the best one of all. Stunningly handsome, as usual, compassionate, loving, of course sexy, shy, a great parent. I LOVE HIM. I love Bella also because now I believe that she is complete. She has Edward, Grace, Esme, Carlise, even Alice, Bree, and JACOB, her best friend. I cannot wait until you decide to put up the Epi and the extras you promised. I LOVE THIS FUCKING STORY. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME READING. Sherri

OH THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I AM REALLY HAPPY THEY MOVED TO VIRGINIA, THAT IS WHAT THEY BOTH NEEDED. I LOVE HOW YOU WROTE BELLA LOOKING FOR THE BUNNY "Come here little fucker." IT CRACKED ME UP. Looking forward to reading your epilogue and anything else you write. YOU ARE AN AMAZING WRITER AND IF YOU EVER PRINT ANY OF YOURS, I WOULD LOVE TO BE ONE OF THE FIRST TO BUY IT. THANK YOU.

I wasn't expecting to read the last chapter of UTAT so soon. Not many stories can grab me the way this story did. So many real human emotions, not your every day story either, but in so many ways, so close to what many people might experience in real life. Such a loving and caring father, such a strong stubborn mother, such a forgiving grandmother... Bravo... I've recommended this story to all my twitter friends, I hope to read another of your stories soon. take care...
